Stevens Real Estate Services (operating under the auspices of Alpha Solutions Group, Inc.) is a multi-faceted real estate valuation and consultation firm. We have offices in Grand Junction and Telluride, Colorado, as well as a professional affiliation with an office in Aspen. We appraise most kinds of non-residential real estate, but specialize in commercial and resort properties, eminent domain and conservation easements. The real estate market is dynamic. In most cases, knowing the value of a property is far less important than understanding the factors which drive that value.
Our specialty is analyzing market dynamics and communicating our findings in ways that help our clients understand their options and make profitable decisions. We want you to know more than market value. We want you to understand how vacillations in your market environment are likely to affect that value over the next few years.

Bob Stevens, MAI, SRA, is the founder and president of Stevens Real Estate Services and Alpha Solutions Group, Inc. Bob has provided appraisal and consultation services for more than 30 years. He is active with the Appraisal Institute, the largest and most prominent appraisal organization in North America. He was the 1998 president of the Colorado Chapter and serves in various capacities at the regional and national levels. He teaches appraisal courses for the Appraisal Institute and is an AQB-certified instructor for courses on the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. He also offers customized seminars for lenders and attorneys.
